How does PodDrop work?

We deliver a storage pod to your property, you pack it at your own pace, and it stays with you for the whole hire. When your hire ends, we collect the pod.

How much notice do I need to give?

We can usually deliver within 24–48 hours in London, and 3–5 days elsewhere in England.

How long can I keep my pod?

As long as you like — minimum 4 weeks, then rolling weekly. Most customers store for 6–12 weeks.

Is my stuff insured?

Basic goods‑in‑transit cover is included. Add £5,000 contents insurance at checkout for £4.50/week.

Who has the key?

You do. Each pod is individually padlocked and only opened by you. Our staff never enter your pod.

What if I need to change dates?

Free changes up to 24 hours before your slot from your customer dashboard. After that a £15 admin fee applies.

Can I access my pod during the hire?

Any time — the pod stays on your property for the full hire, so your belongings are always within reach.

Do you handle house moves?

Yes — many customers use PodDrop instead of a removals van. Add a loading assistant at checkout.
